Erm hello. I just bought a Disco....

Having had a 110 for nearly 2 years, I have opted for more comfort :)

Recon engine, 2" lift 300TDi with procomp shocks and heavy duty bumpers and rock sliders :)

Picking up on Saturday, and looking forward to getting to know it as well as I knew Doris the 110...

I've had two 110's over the past 6 yrs, a TD dump and a nicer V8 - got rid of the latter as I fancied a change. It have BFG MT's and a 2 inch lift - i had not got stuck greenlaning for over 2 and a half years. Felt like i 've forgotton how to drive off-raod using skill and judgement.

I have n't got my disco yet but I'm off to see a nice one in the morning (they seem great til you get there, don't they!!). This one has not been off-road yet, the garage are really pleased with how pristine it is - I did n't have the heart to tell them that I'm gonna scratch it and get it dirty, very dirty. Except for the leather interior that is.
