I've 4 pages of Jaw gap comparsion charts done in linear form on graph paper, these are handy in the workshop so if you come across a spanner that don't quite fit you can quickly look up to see if a similar size or system is used. Covers metric and imperial A/F, w/w & BSF, and BA, sizes up to 2.5" AF.
Can't post them on this forumas just too big about 1,042 KB 1.1 MB, any ideas in resizing which will not affect the quality.

Its a good site and i got some of my data from there, but it's not what i'am trying to post
I've put all the data into a graph form, like a linear graph table, its easier to read in the workshop and shows what spanners are very close to each other's in gap sizes
bit of a test i'll try this, but the quatity is poor theres 4 more graphs

Try tracing it onto paper with much bigger squares, then scan at lower resolution, (and save as jpg), I think you will see what you want to see and lose all the clutter from the small graph paper.

post the link to the data sheets and I'll see what I can do with it for you. or post it on a filehosting site and post the link to it on here.

The orginal graphs I drew over 30 years ago and served me well ever since, but they got laminated so very differcult to photo-copy.
When people visit me often to sort out a differcult stubbon bolt or nut they notice me refer to the charts so ask for a copy. Since tineternet i re did them and scaned them so i'll email them so they print there own out, but they are big files about 1.2mb each
I also have a graph which tell you nearly all the drills known, metric, jobbers, imperial, 0-80, and A-Z, blacksmith sizes etc, then all the clearance sizes for all the bolt systems plus tapping sizes needed and the tolorance fits (depth of en-gaugement). All on 4 pages, so if you need a drill just look it up and find the correct one or the nearest best fit within tolorances, no need to go though lots of data sheets, calucator, chances are have a least one which will fit form some system, saves a lot of time.
The other advantage find a odd unknown drill at a car boot sale, just measure the dia, and using the chart easy to find the size, then mark it and place it in the right box.

Could do but sometimes you cannot get them to fit in tight locations, or down a blind hole.
So you end up trying all the one you have and non fit, you need to get it off but not sure which socket/spanner to buy.
So I check the chart is there one belonging to a system in between ? least got an idea.
mail 'em to me, will get them sorted for u.
pm me where i can send u an email so u reply on it with the attachments, forum not lettin me pm or email u :)
