Locks front and rear on a Disco 300tdi, are they the same?

Hi,

I have problems with the locks on both the driver & passenger door on my 3-door 300tdi.

Now I have found two rear side doors of a 5-door disco I.
Are the internal parts of the locks the same i.e. interchangeable?
Meaning just the bit with the catch that locks to the pin.

No point in taking them apart if they are different, so advice is most welcome.

Latch Assembly numbers suggest that they are NOT interchangeable but some of the smaller parts are.
Latch FRH = MTC 7593
Latch FLS = MTC 7592
Latch RRH = MTC 9204
Latch RLS = MTC 9203

Most common fault is a tiny return spring: There are loads of sellers on eblag who claim that LR don't sell them.
