TD5 Rear Door Leaking

The boot door on mine is leaking - I have got inside the boot and shut the door and the seal doesn't touch the door around the top half, like the top of the door is too far back. I have lifted the end of the door with it wide open and it doesn't move, can anyone tell me whats wrong??

Have not found the reason for this but mine does exactly the same thing. My solution has been to get some adhesive draft excluder strip and fix this to the door so it makes contact with the rubber seal.

I would get some one to hold the door in the open position ( to stop it dropping) loosen hinge to body bolts lift door slightly then tighten bolts then try for fit and so on until it does the job.
