Okay folks how the hell do you get the nice pretty pictures under your name over on the left? I have tried, I followed all the destructions and failed.........help. I do so want to blend in with the crowd and have a pic over there and am now starting to lose sleep over this, honest I am!

Depends, can't remember how many posts you require before you can place your own avatar and also you cannot have one that is larger than 168x168 pixels. You may have to resize the picture you want to use.
