Leak at rear

Just noticed today small patch of a leak?? at rear of 2002 Disco auto poked my head under it looks like its coming from top of fuel tank and running down over the crossmember its also on the wiring of the filter.It seems to be breaking down my wax oil. Can anybody help please:(

Very common for the return pipe to rub through, about 2 inches in from the bend towards the tank, look there.

Just had a look and the breather pipe has fuel on the outside of the pipe,I cannot see the tank end does the tank have to be dropped to change the breather pipe?the leak does not look too bad I have wiped around where I can,would it be sensible not to carry too much fuel?
