CB Install / Whats under the cubby box?

Hi, am thinking about putting a CB in the Disco, but I want it to look neat. Ideally I would like a remote console one, like the Cobra 75, but these aren't available any more, and do not have PA. Does anyone know of any other models like this?

Failing that,
A standard CB would fit in the centre console cubby box, but it isn't deep enough. What is underneath this (could I cut a hole in the bottom)?.

Failing that, apart from screwing it to the transmission tunnel, where can I put it? (I have sunroofs, so it can't go up there.

I fitted my CB in my Td5 by useing velcro pads on top of the the dash. It is secure but can be removed if need be

If you have SRS the controller lives under the cubby box.
