Use something slim like a pallette knife or a couple of credit cards

As FLPX54 says, insert cards either side & also try top & bottom too, you need to push the little clips in that hold it there.

I did mine 2 days ago and the retaining clips were top and bottom. Did NOT come out easily though !!

you have to use two cards at the same time, one top and one bottom, there are two clips each on both top and bottom, the ones at the top are left hand side and middle,(about 50mm apart) the bottom ones are at each end,(about70mm apart)so you need to put the cards in so they are long edge in, wiggle them about to get them in,the clips are 40mm in from the front face so the cards need to be pushed right the way in, otherwise they will not disengage the locking clips, you might then need to ease a thin blunt knife into one side just to help it out. hope you get sorted.
