I am having a problem where the temperature gauge has climb to HIGH and lots of steam coming from the radiator overflow container cap. I open the cap and the coolant keep jumping up and down and producing a clicking noise as if something is knocking around in the overflow container. This is with the engine off. There are NO leaks. Everything runs okay, but after 10 mins then the temperature climbs to HIGH and steam starts to come from the cap.

What could the problem be?

Thanks!

If by "no leaks" you mean that you are not using water, then I assume that it is not a head gasket problem.
It could be; water pump not pumping water round the engine. Thermostat could be stuck closed having the same effect, or it could be the radiator is blocked, though it would have to be pretty bad to cause the symptoms you describe.
