Hi There one and all,
I'm Cliff and the very proud keeper of a 101 ambi/expedition beast.
We are a home educating family and do the rounds of H-E festivals and educational trips. Perhaps an unusual use of a onety but we love it. It goes by the name of Hobbes and is powered by the V8 on LPG as well as benz.
We got rid of the erbyscratcher heater/bomb and replaced with a wood burner from a canal boat. Currently planning a tour of Northern Spain and then Egypt (14 y.o. son is doing a degree in Egyptology so a good excuse for a long drive!).
Currently on N Wales Cheshire border and dipping into the mountains at every opportunity - so if you're that way and see a terracotta ambi with "education-otherwise.org" on the sides, give us a wave!
