US tow hitch conversion

Does anyone know of a way I can mount a trailer with a U.S. 2" box-type hitch onto my Disco fitted with a standard 50mm towball? A while back I remember seeing a simple convertor, but recently I have searched loads of towbar companies and US car importers and can't find anything.

No, changing the trailer hitch is not so easy. Its just frustrating that I saw a simple convertor a while back, but can't locate it any more
