One of the pipes to the auto transmission oil cooler is leaking, having rubbed itself away where it is clamped to the side of the engine.
Would I be right in thinking that to change it I need to take both the radiator and the grill out?
Has anyone got the right part number to order? It is the lower of the two pipes as it passes by the engine.
Cheers!

If its jut the pipe you can remove it the the rad in place but getting the pipe back off and the new one on can be a pain make sure its realy on
when i did some major work on mine I thought it had lined up but it blew out under the pressure, Taking the rad out does not make the job easier but becarefull not to damage it
This is on the V8 but the TD5 should be the same

Just to follow up:
The part that has failed looks like ESR 3240 and to get at it you have to remove the front grill.
That is where I am at right now, the tricky part is going to be undoing the pipe from the cooler as it is on solid enough to risk damage to the cooler. I think it is a case of dissimilar metal corrosion between the alloy cooler and the steel union.
I hope I don't have to replace the lot, the other pipe looks harder work as it runs up onto the top of the gearbox.
