Can you help fitting a new tailgate door handle

Hi all,

I have just managed to locate a second hand tailgate door handle, can any one advise me on the pitfalls I might encounter on fitting it? I understand the electric window may be a problem.

It's been a while since I replaced mine but I don't remember any problem with the rear window at all. It was all fairly straightforwrd.
