Servicing a Vauxhall Astra

I'm servicing my mate's Vauxhall Astra, it's a Mark 4, 1.6l 16v naturally aspirated 52 reg petrol. The dozey bvgger can't find his owners manual so I don't know what oil to get and how much.

Anyone got an astra and/or know what I need to get?
