Handbrake 200tdi

Third thread in 2 days. Don't know if thats good or bad:D

I've just fitted new shoes for the handbrake and everything is back together.
The problem is that I don't have any tension on the handbrake lever. I've turned the adjuster on the back of the drum as far as it will go and still nothing. It doesn't feel like it's moving the shoes at all. The mechanism underneath seems to be moving ok

Any ideas before I take it apart again?

Just a wee update.
Pulled the pistons and rollers out of the expander assembly which was less complicated than I thought. A good clean and greasin' and shes working great.

Wouldn't work straight away, but then it wouldn't with the wheel chock still in place!!! :o
