DII aux lamps

Aloha all!
I have a set of aux lamps on my nudge bar that dont go. They use the factory wiring kit with the relay etc by the under bonnet fuse panel. Problem is, there seems to be no earth to either front light. Do we know where the earth for them is? Has anyone had the relay unit fail? Mine won't even click when I press the button. :confused:

Most modern motors switch the earth side on the relay and not the positive side.
Do they only work on high beam and have some sort of interlock or only get the signal path when on high beam
