Hi, I'm considering putting new 1" longer springs on the front of an 04 Disco 2 - to fit slightly bigger tyres (got 255x55x18 Grabber AT2s and about to replace with 255x60x18) and also to get a slightly higher approach angle and breakover in the middle. Does anyone know, if the front is lifted by 1" will the SLS air bags automatically sit slightly higher at the back to try to level the vehicle? I've also heard that its possible to put spacers under the SLS sensors that will trick the Disco into running slightly higher at the back - how is this done? THanks for any advice on getting Disco to sit a wee bit higher,
cheers, Alan

Hi Allan, if you have access to a Nanocom or similar , you should be able to adjust the ride heights at the back with that. I have seen for sale sets of 2" spacers to put under front and rear suspension on Disco II's with air suspension. In fact I was considering it for myself, in the future. Sorry butI can't remember where I saw them ,but on internet, so searching should find them. I think that I would also need to fit longer Shocks and Brake pipes too, possibly Corrected Castor Radius arms too, but I will look into that when the time comes! Also mentioned has been wider yoked Drive shafts, but I think you get away with that in a DiscoII for 2". Hope this is of help, Grant
