Exterior trim removal

Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic trim on the piller behind the rear doors on Discovery 1, tried prising it of but I think it may be screwed from inside! p.s trying not to damage it.

Pretty sure you have to remove interior trim to get at screws behind. Be careful, the plastic can become very brittle with sun.

Start at front headlights and work your way to towards the rear of the vehicle. Stop when you have removed offending part:D
