Wiper Motor SII please!

In the torrential downpour on the way home, the manual handle on the individual wiper worked itself loose. The internally threaded screw fell out onto the floor and then dropped down the gap near the high/low ratio lever, never to be seen again!

It's the one bottom right in this picture

So, I need one of the following:

a) anywhere I can buy a new internally threaded screw from
b) someone who can sell me a secondhand one
c) someone who I can buy a complete wiper from (as long as it's got the screw for the handle with it!)
d) someone with machining skills who could knock me up a new one.

I 'think' I have, but if you've got one, a spare will also be useful. I will however be using loctite to prevent it happening again!
