Does anyone in the North West area have an engine crane I could borrow for a couple of weekends? For some beer tokens?

I need to remove my knackered gearbox and send it away to be reconditioned and then obviously refit.

I will consider buying one if someone has a cheap one but with the money I spent at Billing and the cost of reconditioning the gearbox money is tight!

there used to be ones on ebay delivered for £100, which you don't want to spend, then sell it thru local paper afterwards, or 'general' auction if you have them near you?

I have thought about that Rob and is an option.
I have even priced hiring one.
