roof lamp

i already have light bar fitted and just changed the spots on it for bigger rectangle ones (did have small oval ones on).
now i have decided to put on a remote handle and lamp (i shoot a lot at night).
to do the job right i need to drill/cut a 52 mil hole in the roof,has anyone else fitted a t/bar handle to their disco?,most will have seen them on landies and discos owned by gamekeepers.
a little worried about getting this wrong as i will only get one crack at it.
as always any and all advice welcome.

done it......
started to cut and drill this morning,a lot more work involved than i first thought.
half way through the job it rained very heavily and i got a soaking,could not go indoors as i had a 52 mil hole in the roof and needed to get the seals on.
after what seemed like an eternity i finished and am proud of my work now.
(i would usually just bodge it and scarper).
lamp ordered today and should all be up and running by the end of the week.
