interesting dashboard light

hi please can anybody help. ive got a 1999 td5 and love it but this morning a digital light came on next to the milometer looks like a letter B with a line diagnally through it also the indicators have stopped working along with the alarm, central locking maybe some more things have not checked anything else yet. any ideas of where and what to look for would be greatly appreciated

I have just look at the D2 owners manual and there is a indicator to show the keyfob battery is low.

hi thanks for the reply looked in owners manual and there,s no mention and no pic,s with relevance i was wondering if it could be a common earth problem with all the rain we been having

the keyfob light is the red flashing light in the middle of the clocks this is in the actual place where the mileage is on the digital display under the speedo
