That's it we're on the road! En route for Dover then across France to catch the ferry in Nice and hopefully arrive in Corsica somtimes tomorrow.
110 loaded full to the brim including a whole workshop full of tools. Did manage to put some film on the back windows yesterday (and very proud of it) but couldn't face attempting the side windows. Might give it a go at my uncle's... Maybe... If its not too hot... :)
Just can't believe we used to have a normal car and fit everything in it....

:O are you joking? We caught an earlier than planned train and we were out at 7.10am. Was all good.
Have now finally arrived in Avignon under a wonderful storm with the sky lightning up and all! Full show!
Trucky has behaved real well so far, nice to handle even with its load and has done so far around 27/29 mpg depending on who's driving :D
Only 2 things to say: it does get hot on the passenger side near the gear stick. And I have never seen so many BUGS splattered on a windscreen :O had to clean the mess 3 times!!!!
But all good so far and looking forward to being on the other side of the water tomorrow!!!

I tell you, we were very lucky to have gone in the morning! They're saying the tunnel could be closed until the weekend! :O
Anyhow, we've made it to Nice and are now parked on the dock baking in 31 lovely degrees... :D
Might have to find a bar...

Went through some lovely landscapes and smells I had forgotten: eucalyptus, guarrigue... Oh that was so nice! Especially after the rain, the smells were even stronger.
Some pictures (I think) when we've arrived and have internet access! Proper one I mean!
