Has abybody body fitted any of these?

1. Bearmach +50mm springs

2. Bronco 4x4 +2" kit

3. Scorpion +2" Kit

4. Other - please specify

To me the Bearmach +50mm springs from Paddick and +2 DeCarbons (from DLS) seem the best deal. But I am missing something (are they cr4p?)

What are your thoughts?

Do you go off roading? If you do then stay away from BM. I have tried these and after a few months of green laning and off road course driving the springs were showing signs of sagging (one of the BM springs was approx 2" shorter than the others.
The scorpion springs sets I have found to be fantastic compared to the other two. I had them on my rangie and I never had any problems with them and I had some really heavy duty fun with them! I cant comment on Bronco because I havn't tried them.
I am currently trying out a set of procomp +2" shocks with standard heavy duty springs with 2" lift blocks on my Disco, reason being that it is cheaper to replace standard length springs and the shocks a guaranteed for life.
I got my lift blocks made to order by Lightning Engineering in Brookenby in Lincs 01472 399899. (Andy and Chris are both off roaders, Andy is also an engineer for Tomcat Motorsport).
They can also make most parts and powder coat them in any colour you want(They are also a powder coating company). They also do shiney billet gear knobs to your design that can fit on with orig gaitors.
I wish I got a commission for spreading their name!!! I have just been so impressed with their work on my Disco over the last few months that Ive just gotta rave about them. Lets put it this way, I live in Aberdeen and I travel down to them in Lincolnshire for them to modify my baby!
Anyway you can take what I have said about the springs with a pinch of salt if you like coz at the end of the day it all boils down to personal preference and experience.
