Excuse me if this post is not in order...

But I have a 1997 TDI 300 R reg...

110000 miles on the clock but a brand new landrover fitted engine at 55000 miles. (fitted by Marshal Cambridge and they can confirm)

It is a manual, no ABS.

Twin sunroofs seven seater etc.

Condition is OK, but has some of the bubbles in the obvious places.

Koni Heavy track suspension fitted 15000 miles ago (excellent BTW)

I need a five seater pickup, as I think I can import it to Ireland without the Irish VRT killing me...so I was wondering, just what is a realistic price these days.

Thanks in advance, I know its not worth a fortune, just trying to get an idea. I have done 32000 trouble free miles in it...

Difficult to know in €ire but in the UK, probably about £2000 or a bit more depending on condition. There are loads of doggy ones about for £1500 in the UK. Irish car selling conditions are different because of the difference in road tax over there. Our tax is based on emissions, yours on engine size.

Currently the exchange rate is £1 = €1.25

It depends on what OK condition means, but as long as there is no major rot then £2k +

What spec is it as that'll make a little difference

Bog standard; Seven seats Electric locing windows etc, radio cassette, twin sunroofs.. Alloy wheels, as I said bog stnadard. Had an ES before and to be honest, same thing really... (no leather, no CD but what the hell)

OK condition on forecourt means good condition, but not brilliant...
