tc,abs,hill decentlights come on when start engine and stay on

any body got ideas on why my orange lights come on and stay on just had freelander serviced and mechanic said to me do you no your lights stay on and how to cure the problem

Usual fault is a broken wire where they go into the connector on the gear stick.

Usually caused by a small tiewrap put on the wires too close to the stick.

You need to get it checked out but most of the time on a freelander is is the brake pedal switch, get someone to check your brake lights if none work then its probably the switch.Lawson

thanks m8 a guy said it could be brake pedal switch ? can it be an easy fix on gear stick or do i have to get underneath
