i worked at rover solihull from nov 64 till dec 78 started in body shop ass doors and side screens worked with 2 tomies joe ghrame only 12 in group joe bradley was charge hand the main man walked through every day i worked on main line final line and wd shop finished up in major rec WHEN i worked there the japs came round to visit the factory about 1968 they came with camers and we were told to cover up many things about 1998 I and a few mates took the body off a toyota landcruiser and every thing fitted to same measurement as a 109 the toyota was a 6 cylinder diesel ps so much for coping english brains better than the yanks ?? sorry for spelling mistakes not no good since the baldies grown up only had lape top 3 months
