Air Suspension snorkel

Has anyone tried to raise the air suspension pump intake to avoid it trying to suck in water whilst wading?

Also the WABCO unit looks a little exposed. - I was considering making it a guard. Anyone tried that or had theirs take a wack

Scrap the snokel issue I now see they have one that pulls the air from half way up the back door

But still - has anyone had their have a wack - or am I overly concerned?
