I have been on the forum for a few days now so i think it is time to introduce myself.
I have recently bought a TD5 Disco and have a few things in mind for her. I have the workings of a hybrid computer system i built for an old 300TDi Disco. With a bit of modding, a few more wires and the addition of sat nav, blue tooth, OS Explorer maps and some clever software i should be able to not only go pretty much anywhere, but also know exactly where i am. Which as a scout leader is probably a good thing...
I will keep you all informed as the project progresses. If anyone has done anything similar i would love to here from you...
