Fears have been raised about the safety of the road where a car plunged into a river resulting in the deaths of four children.
Colin Dunlop was involved in a dramatic rescue attempt after a Land Rover Defender driven by Nigel Gresham crashed into the River Witham.
He says safety on the A153 route between Chapel Hill and Tattershall Road needs to be improved.
He pulled seven children from the vehicle, although four of them died.
Now he is challenging council bosses to attend a public meeting to discuss ways of making the road safer.

Mr Dunlop has urged Martin Hill, leader of Lincolnshire County Council, to turn up in person – and says it is only a matter of time before someone else dies on the road.
"If you talk to anyone in the area, they will tell you there have been numerous accidents there that have not been reported," he said.
"Let's put it this way, an accident will happen there again – there's no two ways about it."
Mr Dunlop has contacted the council with his concerns, although there is so far no sign of Coun Hill agreeing to attend a meeting.
The safety of the road was raised at the court case last month that ended in the conviction of Nigel Gresham for causing death by dangerous driving.
The council said at the time of the tragedy that it would await the outcome of the case before deciding whether safety improvements were needed.
In the end, it was concluded that the road had played no part in what happened.
