Hi all,
Within the next 5 months my dad wants to buy a 90 and has a budget of £2700 max.
His preferred engine is a a 200Tdi or an LPG'd 2.5L petrol if there are any about...
Most importantly he wants (like all of us) a solid chassis that wont give any hastle!!
Preferably he wants a truck-cab but that's not essential as it can always be changed. So just remember if you're selling your 90 in the next 6 months drop me a PM.
Cheers, Brian

Well he has just had a look at the picture and firstly cant decide if he likes truck cabs or hardtops more... but that can be changed.
At the moment we are just getting an idea about what sort of prices to be looking at and such so wont be buying for a few months (im just trying to bang it into peoples heads so they remember if they are selling in a few months time:rolleyes:). Thanks very much for the info though as it all helps to see the wider picture we should be looking at...
Thanks again, Brian

Hi, give my mate john a ring, he,s got a good 2.8tdi 90, its daihatsu powered and goes really well, its a full hardtop in blue, think he wants 2k..ish for it,, and its got a winch bumper and 12000lb winch fitted, he is selling up as he has been a mobile mechanic for years and has retired, this has had a full chassis refurb and is waxoiled every year, all belts and oils are done as required and bulkhead is excellent for its age. His number is 01970 832752.

Hi mate,
That looks a very tidy motor! (put that in the for sale section and im sure someone would be interested:).)
Talking to the old man this evening he's 'been thinking' and says he only wants a 200tdi or 300tdi now so that we, as in me and my dad have the same engine or very similar engines... I think this is a good choice on his part as it means i can scab bits of his motor when mine has a bad day:rolleyes::D.
Cheers again, Brian

In a few months time - end of summer i might be selling off my very basic 2.5 NA 90, hardtop with fitted backwindows, very clean. chassis has had a few patches and a new rear crossmember. Biggest problem is the bulkhead coners could do with tidying up. Catch you on MSN and I can send some pics.
