Wanted: Roof Tent

I am looking for a roof tent for my defender so I can do this summers festivals in relative comfort, but thought it wise to check on here first before forking out £400+ on a brand new one.

So if anyone sees or hears of any 2 man roof tents for sale, please please let me know :)

I do, but its a CSW and therefore has 9 seats in it, plus I'm gonna be taking a car load (and all their stuff) to all the festivals this summer so there wont be room to sleep in the back. Wise option seems a roof tent! Plus it stops my mates falling/****ing on my tent when they stagger back hammered ;)

Wont there be an issue trying to climb into a roof tent when youre hammered anyway ?....what could possibly go wrong ?
Hope ya find one at a reasonable price though ....the ones ive seen are v...v... Expensive !

That's why I said when they're hammered! I rarely drink so I wont have any coordination issues getting into my tent! It'll just keep the riff raff out:p :)

Cheapest I found is on ebay...£400 for a non branded one, but it looks like it'll do the job. I intend to get a fair amount of use out of it this summer with 4 festivals and lots of weekend trips into the country.
