rear side door lock jammed

is this a prob with the central locking solenoid or lock . seems no matter how hard i try to unlock it i cant budge the knob . got kidi locks on too . is a it a case of brute force on the knob or is there a diifferent way before i brake something .. thanks . alan...

The lock barrel and handle can seize so remove the badge and spray WD40 into the key hole and handle pivots otherwise you need the door open to work on the lock and the C/L actuator

If you mean a side door.. then Mt passenger front door had siezed solid and the PO had snapped the door handle trying to open it.. If you pup the door panal off you will be able to remove the lock solenoid easily and see if its to blame. If not its probably needing a strip down and clean which will be easy enough once the door cards off :)
