Discovery Series II Body Rust

I'm planning ahead and considering replacing my series 1 with a series 2. So how do the earlier TD5 models fair in terms of body rust, are they better than the series 1 or prone to the same issues - eg, floor pan, rear wheel arch joins etc ?

I would probably be looking at up to 2001 models.

They are newer but in the whole less rust issues with the D2
