Hi Guys
Not sure if any one has a Expedition Roof-rack that will fit a Discovery 3 new type I managed to Hire 2 for our charity Arctic Circle Challenge
I would like to stick a roof-rack on 1 and a roof-box on the other but having both with a pair of Spot lights at the front !
Don't have a lot of money now spent £10,000 of my own money to make this trip and the Charity fund raising part happen, I was wondering If some one could lend us some old kit or I could hire it from you, If that means we can get a roof-rack and Roof-box and a couple of pairs of extra spots to assist us !
I wont get the 2 land rover Discovers until Friday Morning the 6th March and one has to go in to have my Hand controls fitted so I am able to drive it etc.
I would love some help to fit the rack and box but more importantly the Spots !! and the wiring up etc ?? fixings etc
Any Help would be fantastic guys or good advise where I could get it done as a favor for the charity as I said money has almost gone !! and Norway is very expensive as you know.
I am happy to help but unable to Climb up high or under the vehicle as is my the other driver Dave he's a Wheelchair user also ! the mad Cockney Leg amp Could get up there but is a total useless ****** when away from a Pen and Laptop !! strong guy thou if that helps
We are Leaving from Cardiff Bay Norwegian Church at 10 am on Sunday the 8th so If u fancy a free Hot Choc drink and a Scandinavian Cake come say Hi, all welcome
Sorry guys to ask ! but if you don't try you don't get !! and we need some help, any Jerry cans, Shovels And Oh if only"" a Hand held Winch would be a dream !! all expensive bits as we will not use em again I dare say after the 6000 mile round trip !
