Hi all,
As is often the way, the tailgate hinges on my 200TDI disco have worn, allowing the gate to drop, meaning that you really have to slam (or lift and slam) the gate to get it to shut properly.
Firstly, has anyone got a "breaker" 200TDI with good tailgate hinges they'd be interested in parting with?
Also, I read on here and elsewhere it can be a bit of a 'mare to change the hinges - aligning multiple points at once, holding the gate etc.
Any tips on the "smoothest" way to do this?
Thanks for any advice :)
