head bolt torque

I'm replacing the head gaskets on my 97 disco, what's the ft. lbs. torque used on the head bolts? THANKS

300TDi-

Tighten all bolts to 40nm
Tighten all bolts in the correct sequence 60-degrees
Tighten all bolts a second time 60-degrees
Then tighten bolts 1,2,7,8,9,10,15,16,17,18 a further 20-degrees.

Thanks for the reply, I should have stated I have a 241 4.0. 10 bolt head. Thanks anyways.
