 Hi Guys , really could do with some help on this PLEASE :(
Bit of a long story now but the jist is : took out ECU to clean loom socket & ECU loom socket of ton's of oil. initially cleaned it with WD40 but later learned that I should have used a PCB cleaner or the like. re cleaned everything with the right stuff , put it all back & I now have the problem of when I turn the ignition to position II , my hazards start flashing! all the dash lights come on & she wont start. I then thought it might be the immobiliser has kicked in so got the key code from the LR dealer & did the whole code thingy , this worked as I got the correct double beep from the horn, waited the 5min for the alarm led on dash to go off , jumped in turned ignition to position II & AGAIN  hazards start flashing etc :(
Really wierd , cos everything worked fine before I pulled the dam ECU out , is there any simple test I could try to see if I've ******ed the ECU somehow ?

I would really really appreciate any advice or tips what I could try next !

living in hope some of you pro's could help this landie virgin
