Try Ebay - they often come up on there. Or try a PM to Timbott, I think he knows a guy who has a couple.

Are these any good? (click here) (http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&ht=1&from=R10&query=land+rover+grill+stainless&sacategory=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&soloctog=9%26%3D&sapricelo=&sapricehi=&sosortproperty=1%26sosortorder%3D1)
Ignore comment about timbott - I thought you meant a 2a grill.

As for ignoring you, haven't you realised yet we don't intend to ignore you, we just treat you like the inquisitive 5/6 year old child and switch off after a while:p

Is that grill original land rover part? I havnt seen anything like that before.
What I think would look better is to replace the 90 grill with a Stage One grill. damned hard to find though, so you might need a repro.

I have no information about the maker I assumed they were made by the same manufacturer as Land Rover used and there is already a grill behind the wire one. I think the wire one is there just to keep smaller particles from passing through.

That looks to be a very rare LR in the pic.
Early 110 with the CWK plate, and a proto. Shorland by the looks of it.
Isn't the grille behind the mesh a bullet catching louvre?
How about the usual ex. mil. dealers....Leavsley's, Anchor, Blanchards etc?

edit..Doh! Just read your signature block, and what LR's you own!

Yes tried all dealers ebay auto jumbles no spare ones available only on other shorlands and they want to sell the hole vehicle not parts. Its one of those things someone may have lying around (I hope) or if i can find a company that make old stile grills with flat woven wire that will do me.

I see it's lost it's original rims, and it's mirror arms over the years.
And gained a set of side repeaters in the wings.

Yes, she had no front end left only 3 party insurance so total loss on her part combined impact speed of 60 MPH ish very lucky to walk away air bag messed her hair up though. Bent my bumper into the tyres buckled wheel rim and the top bumper bent back into the wings fire brigade straightened bumper out and I drove home. All happened very fast I was driving on 2 wheels for 10 MR very nearly went over spent next day temporarily straightening wings and scraping brown residue off the drivers seat.
