Hello all!
I'm from the Bedford area,53,and just bought a '97 Disco 300tdi.Can't say I'm a die-hard Landrover fan,after a couple of Pajeros I just fancied one:....(:eek:if I get all the issues mentioned on here it may well be a very short-term enthusiasm).
Great site though,have perused some of the stuff on here and theres definitely no shortage of help and advice.

Thanks for the warm welcome,Ladies and Gents.Took the beast for a 130 mile round trip today,no issues apart from a slow turning starter motor.(Starts ok if I wait for the pre-heat light to go out,at my wifes suggestion...:o,actually),and what seems to be a rattly headlining.Sooo,so far so good,and it looks like I'll be hanging around here for a while.....:D
