I have some nice alloys on my disco 300tdi with good tyres.
The car has been written off by my insurance. If you could swap these for alternative wheels they are available for a small fee.

none of the alloys will fit. If you have drum brakes on the rear you have to swap the complete axle for a disk brake type (they are available any scrap disco will do) the wheel studs must have an mark on the end of them to fit!

hi i have found this which explains how to fit alloys to drum break axles http://www.web-rover.co.uk/nav.php?p=articles/alloys
and acording to my mate if fitting boost alloys if you fit some very thin spaysers you can even fit the center caps wit some modiforcations best regards ralph

The stud diameters are different between early and late Discos as well, 16mm on early and 14mm on later ones.
Be very careful that you are not going to end up with an engineering bodge that might cause problems, please check this out thoroughly before you spend money in any rims etc.
Then you have different wheel nuts for different alloy rims...... ;)

Alloys will fit on the drum axle albeit tight and without centre caps, its the front axle of a drum braked 90 that the wheelsdont fit over the hubs
