how do i upload slides onto my computer so they look like photo's?

I would take slides to a professional photo lab and get them to put them onto CD or DVD. If you scan them yourself you won`t get the same quality.

i bought a scanner that will do negatives and slides, they appear on the computer as propper photo's :)


was about 70 quid and works a treat :)

It really depends on the ultimate use, if they are just for viewing on a pc or putting on the web, then as Toppa says a std scanner with a slide adapter will do the job, but beware it can be a slow process. If you want high quaility for editing, cropping and/or printing then you will need a much better scanner which can cost quite a bit.

Paying some one is an option but they charge as much as £1 each for a few going to about 35p each for 100 and less if more.
