Yep, I use it - amongst others - it's fine, does what it says on the tin. :D

I use it as well. It will even play movies etc. that windoze media player turns it's nose up at.

Er... not too sure about the correct grammatical use of prepositions in that one!

It depends. VLC does not like long music play lists (At least on my sytstem because it freezes alot with long playlists!) and with Wmp you can organise your music alot better.

But if it is just raw being able to play videos in different formats than VLC no question.

Thanks one and all.....downloaded and about to test drive it...looks good, really comprehensive menu with loads of adjustments, tweaking and tuning.
