It looks like a lot of landies were out and about this weekend.
I took my SIII lightweight out to the countryside about an hours
drive from Brussels. I have a few photos that I will post when I get them
off my brothers camera.
I must precise, I did some off road, as in the muddy patches between fields.
Still it was great fun and I got the ltwt dirty. Smiles all round and beer was
split.
During the trip to and back every defender and some range rovers flashed and
waved at us. So much so that the girlfriend was truly impressed. I told her
that if I was broken down on the side of the road they would probably stop to
help. This is what you get for owning a landy. She thought this was fantastic
and was really impressed. I was happy that she thought good of land rovers!
