It depends what you call a bumpy ride. Has it just started. Have you driven other disco's to compare ??

Ours is much the same but it has coils not air springs. I fitted 4 new shocks and it is slightly better. It's OK if you are driving but terrible as a passenger on country roads. Fantastic ride on the motorway or on your own if you are pushing on a bit, handles very well.
Ours has 16" wheels, I believe the 18" wheels are even worse, at least ours has some give in the tyres.
A few customers have commented the same so it's not just you.

We had 19" RR Sport wheels on our Disco 2 when we got it, they were fitted with low profile Continentals. They got dumped and we now have 255-65X16 Pirelli Scorpions, and the correct tyre pressure, make sure you are not over-inflating your own wheels.
The larger section 255 seem to have more give than the smaller 235 or 215.
The Low Profile Contis were awful.

Hi Spud, I've never heard of this and my 'new' TD5 Disco with air suspension is a bit 'crashy', so what's the score with this air filter thingy - tell me more please?
How to access, how much, where from, part no.,etc

Thanks very much for that Spud, you live and learn every day. Do you remember what you searched under on Ebay, to find it? I'm off to get one right now if I can.

Mine was the same .. totally disintegrated , looked like original . Cant say it made any difference to my suspension but I dont think that it was too healthy
to the system as was !!
I got mine from Foundry too .
However currently you will find this guys selling. Cheaper than we got ours :)
