Rear Window Regulator (Right Side)

Rear electric window went on Friday. Managed to get it stripped down today and found the cable twisted around the plastic. At the top the plastic holder has also snapped off.

Is it possible to just replace the wheel, plastic attachment and cable or do I need to buy a complete unit? The motor and everything else is fine.

I think its just as easy to replace the whole unit, but my last one cost around £80.

Well know "BRITISH PARTS" Company sell them for £59 which is generally cheaper than e-buy....
