replacing brake caliper advice

I'm shortly going to fit a new front caliper on my Disco2. Can someone tell me whether there are copper crush washers ( which will probably need replaced ) at the banjo bolt or not ?

Any advice appreciated, hoping to do it tomorrow.

Yes, there are 2 washers per banjo bolt and, as you suspect, they should be replaced. The part# is SYF100330.

Hi,

Yes in an ideal world you should replace the copper washers but you could get away with annealing them. Hold with a loop of wire and heat in a gas flame to bright red and allow to cool slowly. If you hold in a pair of pliers you'll get a hard spot! Hope this helps.
