Noisy bearing water pump or tensioner

Has anyone experience of a worn bearing either in the water pump or tensioner on a Freelander 1.8 petrol.
I`m getting a high pitched rattle from one of them and I`m not sure which to replace.

I think you would be wise to replace both. It's good practise on a cambelt change in my opinion....:)
