Im in Pentre Coch just down the road from the Three Pigeons pub. Had any luck with the police helping you out? I drive to wrexham a couple of times a week, so will keep an eye out around there as well, if it has been sighted in Ruabon.

well update is -
there was a road rally in ruthin late fri early hrs sat, which finished across the road from us, different part of the ind. estate casing a friends yard who has at least 3 off roaders.
Cops had spotted a discovery acting susp, blacked out windows, got the number plate....it had been bought from Anglesey on tuesday last week....seller phoned cops to say something dodgy about this guy, paid in cash.
Copper saw same vehicle in ruthin, went to speak to them and they booted it, traced it to Liverpool..
So still waiting on any info
cheers guys for looking

the Disco buyer wasn't Hungarian by chance. sold my frontera 2 weeks ago, something dodgy, long story but supposedly they came from london 11.30 at night and paid me £300 for it then blew the engine 25 miles after picking it up
no i.d. and not heard from them since.
good luck and will also keep eyes peeled for you, like mikethecamera i cover all of north wales daily

Update.
Went to pick my landy up yesterday. They damaged the front wing and bumper, and tried to remove my stickers with my name, signs and tel no on, but gave up :D, I know its a ****** to move when its on, so shall keep using it.
Police have had two very good prints off it, so waiting for the results.

Do you know how they managed to get it started & bypass the immobiliser?
It would be good to know how these scum are able to nick our vehicles so we can take steps to counteract it. Modding the sliding window catches is the fist thing, any old stick slid in will operate the catch.
