Been losing coolant and eventually tracked leak down to fuel cooling unit. Any advice on repairing unit ? According to an Aussie site the O rings [ BS225 ] are all that's needed. New unit from agents costs a bomb.

You "can" do the o rings in situ, But if and when mine leaks I would do it with it off the car. Basically you remove the clamps on the end caps, then replace the o rings and then refit, thats about it really. Make sure you use Viton rubber o rings, not just standard NBR ones.
